Your chats go to your AI.
Not through us.

Glenica runs on your computer. Here is every place your data goes, what our servers keep, and why the extension asks for each permission.

Follow one message.

  1. You send a message.

It goes from the companion app on your computer straight to Claude or OpenRouter. Glenica’s servers are not on that path.

  2. Glenica checks your account.

Separately, the app confirms your plan is active. Workflow edits are checked here too, then thrown away. No conversation is sent.

  3. What stays where.

Your chat history stays in your browser. Glenica’s servers hold your account, and your OpenRouter key, encrypted, if you add one.

What our servers keep, and what they never see.

Kept on Glenica’s servers

  • Your email address and sign-in credentials
  • Your subscription status and payment customer ID
  • Which AI provider you chose
  • Your OpenRouter key, encrypted, if you add one
  • Hashed fraud-prevention signals used to keep free trials fair
  • Your active computer: a scrambled ID, its system type and when it was last used
  • Hourly usage counts and scrambled connection IDs, deleted within days

Never sent to Glenica

  • Your conversations with the AI
  • A copy of your workflows: edits are checked, then thrown away
  • Your saved n8n credentials or password fields
  • Your run results or the data in your workflows
  • Your card details (Lemon Squeezy handles payment)
  • Analytics or tracking data

If you use an OpenRouter key.

Follow the key through the four rules for how it is held and used.

  1. 01

    Locked away

Your key sits in an encrypted secrets vault. Our database only holds a pointer to it, never the key.

  2. 02

    Released to you only

Your companion app asks for it with your own signed-in session. No other account can read it.

  3. 03

    Used on your computer

Requests go from your computer to OpenRouter, which bills you directly.

  4. 04

    Yours to remove

Delete or replace the key whenever you like, from inside Glenica.

Every browser permission, and why.

These are the real lines from Glenica's manifest, the file your browser reads. Pick one, or let it walk you through all 9.
