These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glenica, the browser extension and its companion app (together, the "Service"). "Glenica," "we," "us" and "our" refer to the provider of the Service. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1The Service
Glenica consists of a browser extension and a companion app that runs on your computer. Together, they connect your n8n canvas to an AI assistant. You power the assistant with your own Claude subscription or your own OpenRouter API key.
2Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API keys you add secure. If you believe someone else is using your account, notify us at support@glenica.com.
Each account is for use by one person, and you may not share your login with anyone else. You may install the Service on more than one computer, but it works on one computer at a time; using it on another computer moves it to that computer.
4Payment
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the Service on our behalf as the merchant of record. Billing, invoices, taxes and refunds are therefore governed by Lemon Squeezy's own policies, including the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. By making a purchase, you also agree to those terms.
5Free trials and fair use
Each person is entitled to one free trial. We use automated checks to detect repeat trial sign-ups and fraud. If we reasonably determine that fraud or abuse has occurred, we may refuse service, suspend the account or decline a refund.
6Your AI provider
Whether you use your Claude subscription or an OpenRouter key, you are responsible for your usage, its costs and compliance with that provider's own terms (Anthropic for Claude, or OpenRouter). We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policies.
7Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify or distribute the Service except as these Terms permit
- Reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to extract its code, its built-in instructions or the responses from our servers
- Use any part of the Service to build a copy of it or a competing product
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
- Share your account with other people
- Access Glenica's servers other than through the Glenica extension and companion app
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent our usage limits, fraud-prevention measures or security controls
8Ownership and license
The Service and all rights in it belong to us. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or business purposes. We may revoke this license, for example if you breach these Terms.
9Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any costs or losses you incur through your own account with an AI provider.
11Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including in cases of fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
